• Domain registrations cannot be returned once processed.

2. Account Termination

If a customer chooses to terminate their hosting account:

• All website files and data will be permanently deleted.
• Backup responsibility lies with the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Services

• Domain names
• SSL certificates
• Third-party licenses
