Return Policy

1. Service Cancellation

While physical returns aren't possible, we offer cancellation options:

• Customers may cancel hosting services within the eligible refund window (see Refund Policy).
• Domain registrations are final and cannot be returned or reversed once processed by the registry.

2. Account Termination

If a customer chooses to terminate their hosting account or cancel a service:

• All associated website files, databases, and emails will be permanently deleted from our servers.
• WaltonFox holds no liability for data loss post-termination; backup responsibility lies entirely with the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Services

The following digital assets are strictly non-returnable once provisioned:

• Domain Names (.in, .com, .org, etc.)
• SSL Certificates
• Third-party software licenses
• Custom setup or migration services

4. Acceptance

By purchasing services from WaltonFox.com, you acknowledge and accept that digital services are considered "used" once provisioned and are non-returnable in the traditional sense.
