WaltonFox.com is an India-based web hosting provider operated by BytesLane. Services include Free student hosting, Shared, Reseller, Master Reseller, Alpha Reseller hosting, and Domain services. All servers are located in India unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
Accurate and complete information must be provided.
WaltonFox reserves the right to suspend accounts using false identity details.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality. Customers must ensure their own data backups; WaltonFox is not liable for data loss unless caused by proven gross negligence.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Prohibited: Illegal acts under Indian law, phishing, malware, DDoS, spamming, adult content, unauthorized crypto mining, and torrent hosting. Violation results in immediate termination without notice.

6. Payment Terms

All services must be prepaid in INR. Non-payment beyond 7 days may result in permanent account deletion. All taxes are the customer's responsibility.

7. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a 15-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee only on hosting services, subject to the following:

Refunds are processed only if the account is found eligible according to our internal verification and compliance standards.
Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds for accounts suspended due to AUP violations (Spam, Abuse, etc.).

8. Domain Registration

WaltonFox acts as a reseller/registrar partner. We are not responsible for registry suspensions, WHOIS disputes, or expiration due to customer negligence.

9. Resource Usage

Shared plans are subject to fair usage. Excessive CPU/Memory usage or scripts that overload servers may lead to account limitation or termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, WaltonFox's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
